14 Gamblers Held in Taxila Operation

Taxila Police have arrested 14 people for gambling and recovered cash of Rs 83,090, 12 mobile phones, and other items from their possession.
According to the police spokesperson, the suspects were held during a raid while gambling with cards. A case has been registered against the suspects, and they have been taken into custody for further legal proceedings.
Superintendent of Police SP Potohar Chaudhry Asar Ali stated that the arrested suspects will be challaned before the court with solid evidence. He emphasized that gambling is the root cause of other social evils and assured continued efforts to eradicate this menace from society.
