An OPEC+ sub-group will meet again on 1 November to review the oil market situation, a report says.

According to a global news agency, seven major oil exporters—Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman—have agreed to maintain oil production at current levels in November.

Earlier, the G7 countries pledged to release a major portion of 100 million barrels of oil and petroleum products over the next 20 days, with the remaining amount supplied over the following four months.

Meanwhile, shipping-tracking firm Kpler has claimed that crude oil exports from the Middle East exceeded pre-war levels on four of the seven days in the final week of September. According to Reuters, Kpler data showed regional crude oil exports reached between 19.5 million and 22.5 million barrels per day on 24 September and from 27 to 29 September, compared with average exports of 18 million barrels per day during the year before the US-Israeli war against Iran began.
