AC Astore Reviews Progress, Quality Of Ongoing Development Projects
AC Astore held a meeting under the chairmanship of Assistant Commissioner Astore Muhammad Shoaib on September 25, 2026, to review the pace of work and construction quality of various ongoing development projects executed by different departments in Astore.
Officials and representatives from the Works and Communications Department, Electricity Department, Education Department, and Rural Development and Local Government Department attended. They provided detailed briefings on project progress, faced issues, and measures for timely completion.
Muhammad Shoaib emphasized the importance of adhering to quality standards and approved designs, utilizing resources efficiently, and completing projects within stipulated timelines. He strictly warned against tolerating delays and compromising quality. He directed concerned officials to regularly monitor projects and prepare progress reports.
"Development projects are crucial for providing basic facilities and promoting area development," he stressed. "Transparency, quality, and adherence to timelines must be ensured."
The meeting also reviewed ongoing project progress, discussed challenges, and formulated strategies to move projects forward according to set targets.
