AC Visits Main Market Of Gandawa To Implement Price Control List Of Edible Items

Assistant Commissioner (AC) Gandawa Muhammad Ramzan Kurd, along with DSP Headquarters Zulfiqar Ali Pandrani and SHO City Inspector Abdul Razaq Chanjani, paid a surprise visit to the main market in Gandawa city on Tuesday. They aimed to implement a price control list of edible items.
During the visit, the officials reviewed:
- Prices
- Quality
- Cleanliness of vegetables, fruits, meat, and other food items.
They instructed shopkeepers to adhere to the government price list, especially for vegetables and butchers. They strictly warned against selling expired goods or charging excessive prices.
The AC emphasized on cleanliness and quality, warning shopkeepers to remove encroachments and banning the sale of non-custom paid cigarettes and other goods.
