Ajman Real Estate Transactions Reach AED1.9 Billion in September
Ajman, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 06th Oct, 2026) recorded a significant milestone in its real estate sector with 1,143 transactions valued at AED1.9 billion in September 2026, according to the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, attributed this success to strong investor interest in the emirate's property market. The total trading value stood at AED1.44 billion across 879 transactions, with Al Nakheel 2 securing the highest-value sale at AED198 million.
September also witnessed a healthy mortgage market, with 153 transactions totaling AED207 million. Al Jurf Industrial 1 led in this category with a record AED15 million mortgage.

In terms of major projects and neighborhoods, Emirates City was the top-traded project, followed by Azha Community and Ajman One. Meanwhile, Al Helio 2 emerged as the most popular neighborhood, ahead of its counterparts Al Helio 1 and Al Zahya.
