ANF Seizes 107.6 Kg Of Drugs In Two Operations, Arrests One
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF)on Thursday conducted two operations in Rawalpindi and Rahim Yar Khan, arresting one accused and seizing 107.6 kilograms of narcotics worth over Rs 14.9 million.
In the first operation, ANF recovered 5.6 kilograms of heroin concealed in clothes inside a parcel destined for the United Kingdom at a courier office on Murree Road, Rawalpindi.
In an inter-provincial drug interdiction operation near Zahir Pir Interchange, Rahim Yar Khan, ANF seized 102 kilograms of hashish from a vehicle and arrested the accused.
The ANF registered cases under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA), 1997.
