Athletics Champions Visit APP Office

SARGODHA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7th Sep, 2026) The athletics team of the Higher education Department, having secured first position in provincial-level competitions, visited the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) Sargodha office accompanied by Assistant Professor of Physical Education, Government Graduate College for Women, Farooq Colony, Sabahat Baloch.
APP Sargodha Station In-charge Makhdoom Shah Latif Qureshi provided insights into the history, role, and professional responsibilities of APP, Pakistan’s national news agency operating under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. He emphasized APP’s crucial role in gathering and distributing national, regional, and significant news to media outlets nationwide.
Congratulating the students on their achievement, Shah Latif highlighted the pride their outstanding performance brought to their college and Sargodha. He praised their hard work, determination, and talent despite limited resources, attributing their success to a tangible demonstration of how skill and dedication could overcome challenges. He assured the delegation that APP Sargodha would continue covering educational and sports activities of colleges.
