Sandal Bar police have solved a blind murder and arrested the girlfriend of the slain after utilizing the latest technology.
A youth, Muhammad Kamran (28) resident of New Green Town Faisalabad, had illicit relations with a girl Fiza. An argument over some issues led to Fiza, along with her accomplices, shooting dead Kamran on July 31, 2026 and discarding his body in the Jhang Branch Canal.
Passersby later noticed a human corpse in the canal near Aminpur Bungalow, leading the police to recover and identify the body.
SHO Sandal Bar police station Waseem Tariq initiated an investigation after registering a case. Leveraging latest technology, the police successfully traced the accused.
Fiza was arrested and imprisoned while further investigations continued.
