Bobby Vylan will face no further action over IDF 'death' chant
The Met Police have stated that Bobby Vylan will not be facing any further action regarding his chant of "death, death to the IDF (Israel Defense Forces)" at a London demonstration on 15 March.
The force had previously investigated the incident, acknowledging the concerns raised, particularly within London's Jewish communities. They sought early investigative advice from the Crown Prosecution Service, which ultimately led to the decision to take no further action.
In a social media post, Pascal Robinson-Foster, the artist behind Bob Vylan, expressed that he would not be intimidated by the potential legal repercussions.
This conclusion comes after a similar investigation by Avon and Somerset Police into chants made by the performer at Glastonbury Festival in June 2025, which also resulted in no further action.
