KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Aug, 2026) The fourth round of the National Women’s U19 Tournament witnessed a thrilling Challengers vs Strikers encounter at the NBP sports Complex, where Challengers emerged victorious by two wickets. Simultaneously, Conquerors dominated Invincibles by ten wickets at the Oval Academy Ground.

After eight matches, Conquers lead the points table with three wins, while Stars and Challengers follow closely with two victories each. Strikers remain winless.

Tournament Updates:

The fifth round is scheduled for Tuesday, 25th August, shifting from the original date of 26th August. The T20 leg will commence on Thursday, 27th August, with teams taking a rest on Wednesday.

Match Report - NBP Sports Complex:

Challengers skipper Memoona Khalid guided her team to a triumphant chase of 137 runs with ten balls to spare against Strikers. She contributed 44 not out (43 balls, 3 fours) and also dismissed Strikers' batter Adieyah Noor for 36.

Strikers, after being put in to bat, reached 136-7 in their allotted 30 overs. Ume Mayesha (33) and Samia Ashraf (15*) provided the backbone of their innings. Challengers' bowlers, led by Maryam Ahmed (3/17), Aleena Shah (2/20), and Zainab Fatima (2/22), restricted Strikers' scoring rate.

Match Report - Oval Academy Ground:

Conquers bowled out Invincibles for a meager 69 in 23.1 overs, thanks to a spectacular bowling performance by Hadia Mina (2/14), Zainab Irfan (2/19), and Narjis Bibi (2/19).

In response, Conquerors reached the target in just 14 overs, with Malaika Suhani (40 not out) and Amna Shahnawaz (22) forming a solid opening partnership.
