Child Killed As Militants’ Drone Crashes Near Residential Area
KOHAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Sep, 2026) A child was killed when a drone reportedly launched by militants crashed near a residential area during a joint operation by police and security forces against militant elements here.
According to district police, security forces were conducting a coordinated operation against militants when the attackers attempted to target security personnel with a drone. The drone, however, fell near a residential locality before reaching its intended target, resulting in the death of a young girl.
