Chiniot DPO Reviews Security and Administrative Arrangements for Eid Milad Processions
Chiniot DPO, Dr. Naveed Atif, along with Deputy Commissioner Ayesha Rizwan, inspected the routes of Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions on Wednesday to review security and administrative preparations. Accompanied by organizers, they discussed security, traffic management, sanitation, lighting, encroachments, and other facilities.
Dr. Atif assured comprehensive security arrangements for all district-wide celebrations, emphasizing police, Rescue 1122, and inter-departmental cooperation. He urged officials to remain vigilant and promptly address any concerns.
Ms. Rizwan highlighted the district administration's efforts to maintain law and order and provide facilities to the public. She instructed officers to monitor procession routes continuously and be prepared for emergencies.
The DPO appealed to citizens to respect religious beliefs, follow guidelines, and cooperate with security personnel, expressing confidence in a peaceful and safe celebration due to collective cooperation.
