CM Sarfraz Bugti and NACTA Coordinator Discuss Counter-terrorism Strategy in Balochistan
QUETTA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - September 06, 2026) Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, held a meeting on Sunday with Major General Faisal Naseer, National Coordinator of the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), to review the province’s overall security situation and strengthen coordination against terrorism.
During the meeting, both sides discussed measures to enhance intelligence coordination, improve the capacity of law enforcement agencies, and develop a comprehensive strategy for sustainable peace in Balochistan. The talks focused on ensuring effective collaboration between NACTA and the provincial government in counter-terrorism efforts, as per a CM's Secretariat news release.
