Commissioner Reviews Progress On Punjab Development Programme(PDP) Projects
SARGODHA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – September 10, 2026) Commissioner Sargodha Division Hafiz Shaukat Ali chaired a meeting on Thursday to review the progress of Punjab Development Programme (PDP) projects implemented through the PMU Local Government.
Director Development and Finance, Assistant Director Programme, all Deputy Directors Development and Assistant Programme Directors of PMU Local Government attended.
The meeting assessed ongoing development work, progress, completion rates, and challenges faced in implementing various PDP projects.
Concerned officers presented updates on the status of their respective schemes.
Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali instructed officers to accelerate project work while maintaining quality standards. He emphasized that timely completion of public welfare projects is a priority for the Punjab government. He directed all concerned to implement continuous monitoring of the schemes and remove any hindrances immediately, adhering to set targets with regular progress reports.
