DC Chiniot Hears Public Grievances Under Open Door Policy
CHINIOT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 22nd Aug, 2026) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ayesha Rizwan met citizens under the open door policy at the DC office on Thursday and listened to their problems and grievances in detail.
Citizens from various areas apprised the DC of their individual and collective issues. On the spot, the DC issued necessary orders and directed officers of the concerned departments to resolve public problems timely with merit and transparency.
Ayesha said that providing timely relief to the people is the top priority of the district administration. She assured that no citizen will be forced to visit offices unnecessarily for the resolution of their issues.
The DC clarified that the aim of the open door policy is to promptly address public complaints and further strengthen trust in government institutions. She directed officers to treat the public with courtesy and ensure prompt action on all requests in accordance with the law.
