DC Consults Traders On City’s Beautification Plan
SARGODHA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – August 22, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmad Chaudhry on Saturday held a meeting with a delegation of traders led by President Sargodha Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Khawaja Yasir Qayyum, to discuss city beautification, traders’ issues, and arrangements for decorating the city on Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).
The delegation called on the deputy commissioner at his office, where various issues faced by the business community and matters relating to city development were discussed in detail.
Hussain Ahmad Chaudhry stated that the business community had always extended cooperation to the district administration and played a positive role in the development of the city. He urged traders to decorate their shops and business centres on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) and cooperate with the administration in making the city more attractive.
The deputy commissioner also sought suggestions from traders regarding the beautification of city roads and Kacheri Bazaar under the city beautification project. The participants discussed arrangements for the formal inauguration of these projects as well.
