DDWP Approves 79 Development Schemes Across Division

Divisional Development Working Party (DDWP) has approved the implementation of 79 development schemes across its division, with a total cost of Rs 6.7 billion. These projects are expected to be completed by January 15, 2027, benefitting millions in all four districts: Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Chiniot, and Faisalabad.
The approval was given during a meeting led by Commissioner Dr. Imran Hamid Sheikh. Schemes include:
- 42 in Faisalabad district, costing Rs 5.2 billion
- 18 in Toba Tek Singh district, at a cost of Rs 800 million
- 13 in Jhang district, totaling Rs 370 million
- 6 in Chiniot, amounting to Rs 300 million.
