DEO Reviews School Performance In Kharian

GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Sep, 2026) District Education Officer (Elementary) Male Gujrat Chaudhry Muhammad Farooq, along with Deputy District Education Officer Kharian Dr Iftikhar Ahmed, inspected four government schools in Kharian to review academic, teaching and administrative affairs.
According to official sources, the officer visited:
- Government Elementary School Hanch
- Govt Elementary School Baniyan
- Govt Primary School Jagal
- Govt Primary School Hassan Pathan.
He inspected the ongoing School-Based Assessment (SBA) examinations and appreciated the school heads and staff for conducting them in an organized manner. He also reviewed activities under Life Skills & Civic Sense and the Theme of the Month, emphasizing continued efforts for students’ character-building and moral development.
The education officer directed school heads to:
- Ensure cleanliness
- Timely complete Teacher Diaries, Lesson Plans, and Head Teacher Diaries
- Effectively communicate with parents
- Reduce student absenteeism
- Complete enrollment targets
He stressed the provision of quality education was the top priority in government schools and urged teachers to perform their duties with dedication and professionalism.
