Dera Police Arrest Proclaimed Offender, Notorious Drug Dealer
Dera Ismail Khan police arrested a proclaimed offender wanted in a murder case and a notorious drug dealer during separate operations against criminal elements, recovering a pistol, ammunition, and narcotics from their possession.
According to police, the operation was carried out on the directives of District Police Officer Dera Ismail Khan, Ziauddin Ahmed, under the supervision of SP Paharpur Division Iqbal Khan Baloch and led by DSP Paharpur Parvez Shah and SHO Paharpur Cadet Zafar Abbas.
Key Arrests:
- Proclaimed Offender: Muhammad Imran, a resident of Syedwali, who was wanted in a murder case. A 30-bore pistol and five rounds were recovered from his possession.
- Notorious Drug Dealer: Muhammad Ramzan alias Ramza Kanira, described as a notorious drug dealer. 1,176 grams of hashish were recovered from his possession.
Cases have been registered against the suspects, while further investigation is underway.
DSP Paharpur assured that operations against proclaimed offenders, drug dealers, and other criminal elements would continue without discrimination.
