DIG Umar Inspects Security Division Branches, Orders Proper Record Management
ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th Sep, 2026) Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Security Rana Umar Farooq, accompanied by DSP Security Mukhtiar Bugti, visited different branches of the Security Division and inspected their record management and related administrative arrangements.
An official told APP on Wednesday that the DIG inspected the working of the branches and reviewed the maintenance of official records.
During the visit, Umar directed the concerned officers to ensure accuracy, proper maintenance, and safe custody of official records. He stressed that records should be kept properly updated and protected in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
