Digital Literacy Program For Women Entrepreneurs Held In Quetta

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Quetta in collaboration with Circle Women Association and Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI), organized a Digital Literacy Program for Women Entrepreneurs at QCCI. The program aimed to equip women with practical digital skills to promote and expand their businesses.
The initiative focused on:
- Effective use of mobile phones and digital platforms for business promotion.
- Online marketing, product showcasing, customer outreach, and access to wider markets.
Mr. Asif Abro, Assistant Director, TDAP, Quetta delivered the welcome note, highlighting the growing importance of digital technology in business development and encouraging women entrepreneurs to adopt digital tools.
Ms. Hareem conducted the training session, providing practical guidance on:
- Digital business tools
- Online marketing strategies
- Social media promotion
- Product presentation
- Customer engagement through online platforms
Participants were also briefed on using digital technologies to promote products and services with minimal resources.
Women entrepreneurs participated actively and expressed keen interest in adopting digital tools to strengthen and expand their businesses.
Haji Muhammad Ayub Marriani, President, Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry delivered the closing remarks, appreciating TDAP’s initiative and emphasizing the importance of capacity-building for women entrepreneurs.
