District Football Association Elects New Chairman
District Football Association (DFA) Sargodha has elected a new chairman: Rana Shahid Mahmood. This news was announced on August 22, 2026, by Dr. Yasir Iqbal, Chairman of the Sports Sciences Department at the University of Sargodha.
Dr. Iqbal praised Mahmood's extensive experience and passion for sports, highlighting his significant contributions to football at both national and international levels. He expressed hope that Mahmood would strengthen local football infrastructure and promote local talent.
