DPM Dar Underscores Govt’s Commitment To Digitalizing Public Services

ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - September 10, 2026) Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister (DPM/FM), Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday underscored that improving public service delivery through technology is a priority of the prime minister and the Government of Pakistan, with a focus on greater efficiency, accessibility, and ease of access for citizens.

The deputy prime minister chaired a meeting on leveraging Pakistan’s IT sector and digital technologies to strengthen public service delivery, as per a DPM's Office news release.

The meeting was attended by Minister for IT & Telecom Shaza Fatima Khawaja, SAPM Tariq Bajwa, and senior officials from the Ministry of IT & Telecom and other concerned departments.
