DPM Reviews Report on Recruitment Policy of Govt
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Sep, 2026) Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting of the Committee constituted by the Prime Minister to review the report on Recruitment Rules/Recruitment Policy of the federal government.
The committee focused on measures to modernize and digitalize recruitment across the Federal Government, emphasizing transparency, efficiency, faster vacancy processing, and reducing manual interventions.
DPM/FM stressed the need for a transparent, streamlined, and technology-driven recruitment framework aligned with the Prime Minister’s vision of digital governance, merit-based recruitment, and institutional reform.
The meeting was attended by SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Secretary Cabinet, and senior representatives from the Establishment Division, Cabinet Division & Law & Justice Division.
