Dubai’s Real Estate Sector Completes 104 Projects Valued at Over AED111 Billion in H1 2026

Dubai’s real estate sector recorded robust growth during the first half of 2026, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department. A total of 104 real estate projects were completed, surpassing the 75 projects of the previous year’s first half, marking an increase of over 38.7%. The collective investment value of these projects exceeded AED111 billion, a significant jump from AED73 billion in H1 2025, reflecting growth of approximately 52%.

These impressive results underscore the resilience and allure of Dubai’s real estate market, fueled by its strong economic environment. The emirate boasts advanced infrastructure and favorable legislation, making it an attractive destination for investors worldwide.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, praised the sector’s performance:

"The robust results and sustained growth of Dubai’s real estate sector reflect the success of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s forward-looking vision to build a strong and sustainable economy. Dubai continues to make steady progress towards achieving the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, aiming to double the emirate’s economy by 2033."

His Highness noted that these figures demonstrate Dubai’s position as a global investment hub:

"The increasing volume of real estate transactions, the rise in projects, and the inflows of foreign investment underscore the renewed confidence from the international business community. Guided by our leadership’s vision, Dubai has established a comprehensive economic model characterized by flexibility, world-class infrastructure, transparency, and strong public-private partnerships."

He concluded, emphasizing Dubai’s commitment to future growth:

"This further strengthens Dubai’s ability to attract global capital and provide a secure investment environment. We will continue to foster new opportunities for expansion while prioritizing comprehensive urban development that keeps pace with our growing population and economic needs, adhering to the highest standards of quality of life."
