Eid Milad Procession Route Inspected in Sarai Alamgir
GUJRAT, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Aug, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi, along with Assistant Commissioner Sarai Alamgir Sadia Dogar and Chief Officer Municipal Committee Sarai Alamgir Azmat Warraich, inspected the route of the central Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) procession. They reviewed arrangements for the event scheduled for 9 a.m.
According to official sources, the procession will begin at Jamia Masjid Ghosia Rizvia on GT Road and pass through Service Road, Main Bazaar Chowk, and Jamia Masjid Bismillah before reaching Azmat-e-Mustafa Chowk. It will then return to Main Bazaar Chowk for a reception stage set up by the Municipal Committee before proceeding to Milad Chowk. The procession will conclude at approximately 11 a.m. at Jamia Masjid Ghosia Rizvia.
The deputy commissioner reviewed arrangements for cleanliness, security, traffic management, and other aspects along the route, directing relevant officials to complete all preparations on time.
The procession organizers expressed gratitude for the arrangements made by the Assistant Commissioner and Chief Officer and assured the district administration of their full cooperation.
