FAISALABAD (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Oct, 2026) – On the direction of Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Director General Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, a vigorous operation against illegal housing schemes and unauthorized constructions is underway.
FDA takes action against three schemes in Dijkot and Samundri Road areas. FDA spokesman stated that their enforcement team, led by Director Town Planning-II Asma Mohsin, demolished illegal constructions at two Azafi Abadies in Chak No.263-RB Dijkot and sealed the entrance gates. They also took action against a housing scheme near Niamuanah on Samundri Road for converting residential plots to commercial use without approval, demolishing the constructed shops with heavy machinery.
The FDA team emphasized that unauthorized commercial activities in residential areas and violations of approved plans will not be tolerated. They warned developers and individuals to comply with all relevant laws and regulations or face strict legal consequences.
