FGEHA’s Grand Auction For Commercial Plots In G-13, G-14 To Be Held On September 15-16

Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is organizing a grand auction of premium commercial plots in G-13 and G-14 on September 15 and 16. This event presents investors with an opportunity to acquire commercial properties at desirable locations.
The two-day auction will take place at Aura Grande Enclave, Sector E-11, Islamabad.
An official spokesperson for FGEHA stated that the auction will offer:
- Commercial plots in G-13 and G-14, including G-14 Markaz.
- Class-III commercial plots in G-14/2.
- Mixed-use commercial plots.
- A corporate office plot in the Mauve Area.
All these options are available with a two-year easy installment plan.
The spokesperson highlighted strategic locations of the plots, adjacent to the Metro Bus route and GT Road, within close proximity to major motorways and the New Islamabad International Airport. Investors can obtain approval for building plans after paying an initial 25% and start development early. A 10% discount on lump-sum payments is also available.
FGEHA emphasizes the commercial potential of these sites due to their prime locations, accessibility, and planned urban infrastructure.
