Five Laborers Killed, One Injured In Pishin Firing Incident
PISHIN, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Aug, 2026) Five laborers were killed and another sustained injuries when unidentified gunmen opened fire in the Saranan area of Pishin district, Balochistan, on Monday, according to police sources quoted by tv channels.
According to initial reports, the armed attackers opened indiscriminate fire on the laborers, killing five of them on the spot.
Another worker sustained injuries in the firing. Following the incident, a police team reached the scene and shifted the bodies and the injured worker to a nearby hospital. Law enforcement agencies have launched a search operation in the area to trace and apprehend the attackers.
