From Khidmat Centres To Roads: CTO Kainat Checks Public Services, Traffic Enforcement
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Aug, 2026) Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad, Kainat Azhar Khan, inspected different Police Khidmat Centres and field duty points, directing officers to:
- Ensure timely and transparent public services.
- Strengthen traffic enforcement.
- Keep traffic moving smoothly across the Federal capital.
An Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) official revealed that the CTO Kainat reviewed various services provided to citizens at the Police Khidmat Centres and checked arrangements for their facilitation. She emphasised ensuring citizens receive:
- Timely services.
- Transparent processes.
- Quality service without inconvenience.
During her field visits, Kainat also assessed the performance of officers deployed on traffic duties and reviewed measures to maintain smooth traffic flow. She instructed field officers to:
- Facilitate road users effectively.
- Ensure uninterrupted traffic movement.
The CTO Kainat ordered stronger enforcement of traffic laws and more effective action against violations on Islamabad's roads. Emphasising public service as a top priority, she directed field officers to perform their duties responsibly while maintaining a public-friendly attitude.
Kainat warned against negligence in providing traffic services and instructed officers to maintain high standards at both facilitation centres and in the field.
