Fujairah Ruler Receives Minister of Energy and Infrastructure

FUJAIRAH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 07th Oct, 2026) — H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, a member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, highlighted the continuous development occurring in the UAE's energy and infrastructure sectors. He also praised the quality projects and initiatives that support the nation’s comprehensive development trajectory.
The Ruler emphasized the importance of further developing these sectors while enhancing their efficiency and competitiveness in line with the UAE's future objectives.
During a meeting with Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, at Al Rumailah Palace (in the presence of several officials), both parties discussed matters related to energy and infrastructure. They reviewed ongoing work, projects, and initiatives and emphasized the need to continue developing infrastructure and improving the efficiency of the energy system for sustainable development and economic growth.
H.H. stressed Fujairah's role in supporting strategic sectors and its position as a vital hub within the energy and infrastructure ecosystem. He believes this will increase its contribution to the national economy and support the UAE’s development objectives.
For his part, Al Mazrouei expressed gratitude for the Ruler of Fujairah's support and commitment to advancing development plans and projects in these sectors. He noted that these contribute to enhancing the UAE's competitiveness and supporting its development journey.
