Gold Prices Rise By Rs4,200 Per Tola
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Aug, 2026) The prices of gold witnessed a sharp increase in the local market on Monday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs4,200 to settle at Rs487,136, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs3,601 to Rs417,640, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose by Rs3,301 to Rs382,850.
In the international market, the price of gold increased by $42 per ounce to $4,646.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at Rs7,379, while the price of 10 grams of silver also remained stagnant at Rs6,326. The international market price of silver stood unchanged at $69.00 per ounce, the association added.
