Gomal University Students Receive NAVTTC Certificates

The Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Gomal University has successfully concluded a three-month NAVTTC training course in veterinary, poultry, and dairy assistance. Certificates were awarded to successful trainees during a ceremony held on campus.
Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Naimatullah Babar, served as the chief guest. He congratulated Dr Faiqa Ramzan and her team for completing the course, emphasizing its role in equipping students with practical skills and enhancing their employment prospects.
Dr Faiqa revealed that the program was initiated under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skills Development Programme (PMYSDP) to equip young people with technical and vocational abilities. She acknowledged the support and guidance provided by Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr Zafar Iqbal, and highlighted the university’s approval for 10 trades under NAVTTC Batch-III.
She expressed gratitude towards trainers, faculty members, and university officials for their contributions to the program’s success. The acting vice chancellor subsequently distributed certificates among trainees. Trainees expressed their appreciation for the opportunity provided by Gomal University and NAVTTC.
