Governor Sindh Pays Tribute to Security Forces for Successful Operation in North Waziristan

KARACHI, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Sep, 2026) Governor Sindh Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi has paid tribute to the officers and personnel of the security forces for successfully foiling an attempted infiltration by terrorists in North Waziristan and eliminating 15 terrorists.

Governor Sindh said that the elimination of 15 terrorists reflects the professional expertise, courage and determination of the security forces. He commended their efforts in thwarting the terrorists’ infiltration attempt, thus foiling anti-state elements' nefarious designs once again.

Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi emphasized the need to continue counter-terrorism operations under Azm-e-Istehkam with full force until the complete elimination of terrorism. He expressed national pride in the sacrifices made by the security forces in defending the country's borders and ensuring security, stating that the nation stands shoulder to shoulder with them.
