Sindh Governor’s Visit to Jamia Darul Uloom Korangi

The Governor of Sindh, Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi, paid a visit to Jamia Darul Uloom Korangi where he met with Maulana Mufti Muhammad Taqi Usmani, members of the administration, and faculty.
Maulana Mufti Taqi Usmani’s son and other administrators welcomed the Governor warmly.
During their meeting, the Governor and Maulana Mufti discussed religious education, academic matters, and social issues. They also delved into topics like youth character-building and social reform. The Governor acknowledged the valuable services provided by Jamia Darul Uloom Korangi in the fields of religion and education and praised the scholarly contributions of Maulana Mufti Taqi Usmani.
Maulana Usmani informed the Governor that the Jamia offers religious education alongside Matric, O-Level, and A-Level programs. He highlighted the simultaneous conduct of Wifaq-ul-Madaris examinations across the country on a uniform schedule.
The Governor of Sindh invited Maulana Mufti Taqi Usmani to be the Chief Guest at the upcoming Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference at Governor House. Maulana Usmani accepted the invitation.
They also discussed the objectives and significance of the Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference, emphasizing the importance of promoting the Prophet’s (PBUH) message and teachings.
