Govt. Cuts Diesel Price By Rs32.63 Per Liter

On August 20, 2026, the government revised the ex-depot prices of petroleum products, effective immediately. According to a press release from the Petroleum Division:
- The price of high-speed diesel (HSD) was reduced by Rs32.63 per litre, landing at Rs363.06.
- The price of motor spirit (MS) increased slightly by Rs2.97 per litre, reaching Rs337.51.
These changes were implemented under the government’s revised petroleum pricing mechanism, as approved by OGRA.
