- Dr Nabila Sadaf stressed that residents should consume only boiled or purified water for drinking and food preparation, strictly avoiding floodwaters or unverified water sources.
- She urged the public to maintain food hygiene and build a habit of washing hands with soap before eating, preparing meals, and after using the bathroom, while teaching children proper hand hygiene practices.
- Dr. Jawad Ali highlighted the surge in mosquito breeding following recent rainfall and flooding, advising citizens to eliminate stagnant water from their surroundings, apply mosquito repellents, and use protective netting.

Health officials also cautioned the public against physical hazards, including exposed electrical wiring, contaminated water pools, structurally unstable buildings, and open pits.
