Federal Ministers Inspect PIMS Children's Ward
Federal Minister for Health Mustafa Kamal and Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry visited Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) on Saturday and inspected the hospital’s Children’s Ward. They reviewed the facilities and arrangements at the ward and were briefed by the hospital administration about healthcare services.
Minister's Statement on PIMS Incident
Talking to the media, Mustafa Kamal stated that the government was awaiting the report of the inquiry committee constituted by the Prime Minister into the recent PIMS incident. He added, "Let us wait for the Prime Minister’s inquiry committee's report. The facts and findings will provide clarity on the circumstances."
Review of Hospital Situation
The ministers also assessed the overall situation at the hospital and discussed measures to enhance patient care and hospital management.
