High Commissioner Saleem Attends Session With Alumni Of Pakistani Universities In Ottawa
OTTAWA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - September 25, 2026) High Commissioner for Pakistan to Canada, Muhammad Saleem attended an interactive session with Ottawa-based engineering professionals and alumni of Pakistan’s Universities of Engineering and Technology (UETs).
The session, held on September 23, was attended by alumni of UET Lahore, UET Peshawar, and UET Taxila.
Member of Parliament Aslam Rana, an alumnus of UET Lahore, served as the chief guest.
The high commissioner expressed appreciation for the valuable contribution of Pakistan-origin professionals in Canada to the country’s socio-economic development. He also exchanged views with participants on ways to strengthen Pakistan-Canada cooperation in engineering, technology, and other high-tech sectors.
