Hyderabad Bachat Bazaar Opens With Calls For Permanent Facility
The affordability-focused bazaar at New Sabzi Mandi offers food, vegetables, clothing, and household goods. The Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industry (HCSTSI) urged the Sindh government to allocate land for a permanent facility.
Inauguration and Key Speakers
Senior Vice President Muhammad Fahad Mian and Vice President Irfan Arbiani of HCSTSI, along with a delegation, visited the bazaar, which was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad, Zain-ul-Abideen Memon. The event was supported by the Research and Development Foundation (RDF) and the Municipal Corporation Hyderabad.
Muhammad Fahad Mian, in his address, praised RDF Hyderabad Project Manager Aftab Soomro's efforts. He highlighted the importance of Bachat Bazaars in providing essential commodities at affordable prices during rising inflation. He called for sustainable support to establish a permanent Bachat Bazaar in Hyderabad.
