Multan, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Sep, 2026): The district administration conducted an operation against encroachments on Friday, demolishing illegal permanent structures built on graveyard land along Nishtar Road.
The operation was led by Assistant Commissioner City Mukarram Sultan, following directions from Deputy Commissioner Dr Faisal Saleem. Illegal structures and construction materials were confiscated during the raid.
Dr Faisal Saleem emphasized that encroachment on graveyards, government land, and public passageways would not be tolerated. He prioritized the removal of encroachments for improving the city’s aesthetics and protecting public property, stating that no concessions would be made in these operations.
