Jailers Health Council Meeting Held
SARGODHA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Sep, 2026) Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Ahmed Mughis has said that provision of basic health facilities to prisoners should be ensured in the jail hospital. He stated that regular medical camps should be organized and expert doctor visits should also be guaranteed for better treatment of prisoners.
He made these remarks while presiding over the meeting of the Jail Health Council. Ahmed Mughis directed that the shortage of doctors and other medical staff in the jail hospital be addressed immediately to provide timely assistance to inmates.
The meeting was attended by CO Health Dr Kashif Nabil Azam, MS, DHQ Dr Sohail Khawaja, DSOs, jail authorities, and other concerned officers.
