Jamia Naeemia Organizes Eid Milad-un-Nabi Procession
LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Aug, 2026) A procession was taken out under the auspices of Darul Uloom Jamia Naeemia on Sunday to mark Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), with religious scholars, students, and members of civil society participating.
The procession started from Jamia Naeemia, passed through Lahore Press Club, and returned to its starting point. Renowned religious scholar Mufti Imran Hanafi and other scholars participated, with the participants chanting slogans of "Aamd-e-Mustafa (PBUH), Marhaba Marhaba" along the route.
The police and traffic police made special security and traffic arrangements along the procession route.
Mufti Imran Hanafi spoke on the occasion, stating that the blessed birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was being celebrated with great enthusiasm and devotion.
