Kashmir-origin Engineer Khawar Hanif Promoted as NEPRA Additional DG
Kashmir-origin seasoned engineer Khawar Hanif has been promoted to the position of Additional Director General (M&E) at the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), according to official sources. He previously served as Director (M&E) at NEPRA.
Engineer Khawar Hanif is the son of the veteran Kashmiri educationist and former Registrar of the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Professor M. Hanif Khawaja. He is also the elder brother of Engineer Waqar Hanif, an Executive Engineer in the AJK State Electricity Department.
His promotion to this senior position at NEPRA is seen as a recognition of his professional experience and services in the power sector.
