KP Govt Cooperation Vital To Eliminate Terrorism: Dr Tariq

Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Tuesday stated that cooperation from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is vital in the region's fight against terrorism.
While speaking to a private television channel, the minister highlighted the serious terrorism-related challenges facing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and urged the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership and provincial government to offer full backing to law enforcement agencies.
He emphasized the necessity of coordinated efforts between the provincial government and law enforcement agencies to effectively tackle terrorism-related issues.
Regarding the announced long march by PTI, Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry expressed concern, claiming that such protests had historically caused disruptions to law and order and negatively impacted the country’s economic progress. He advised the PTI to avoid the long march and instead initiate political dialogue to resolve issues.
