KPCTA, KMU Organize Heritage Tour For Students

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA), in collaboration with the Literary Society of Khyber Medical College, organized a guided heritage tour for around 60 male and female medical students. The event aimed to promote awareness of Peshawar’s rich history, culture, and tourism potential.
The students visited Lahori Gate, Gor Khatri, Heritage Trail, and Sethi House in Peshawar. Saeed Khan, Assistant Director Tourism, KPCTA, provided them with insights into the city’s historical and cultural significance. Tourism Police ensured their safety and facilitation throughout the tour.
The students expressed their appreciation for KPCTA’s efforts to foster cultural awareness through such informative and engaging activities. They expressed a desire for more such tours to Takhtbhai and Swat archaeology sites.
