KPRA Compliance Team Visits Mardan-Malakand Region
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 3rd Sep, 2026) On directions of the Additional Collector and Deputy Collector, Mardan and Malakand Region Miss Wazir, a team of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) compliance conducted visits to various town planners and property developers.
During the visits, taxpayers were sensitized about strict compliance with the provisions of the KP Sales Tax on Services Act, 2022 and the rules and regulations made thereunder. The team emphasized the importance of timely declaration and payment of tax liabilities, while detailed discussions were also held regarding payment schedules with taxpayers having outstanding liabilities.
The taxpayers were further apprised that KPRA remains committed to facilitating compliant taxpayers. However, failure to comply with the applicable law may lead to appropriate legal action against non-compliant taxpayers.
