Launching C-section Services at RHC Daur: A Commendable Step
District Manager of People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Shaheed Benazirabad, Zakir Hussain Samoon, has stated that the introduction of 24/7 C-section surgical services at Rural Health Center (RHC) Daur is a significant milestone in healthcare provision, especially for expectant mothers in the region.
He revealed that two successful C-section procedures were performed during the night shift immediately following the center’s opening, ensuring the patients received adequate care and monitoring. DM PPHI Zakir Hussain Samo attributed this achievement to the directives of the competent authority and the collaborative efforts of all involved departments and officials.
Samoo expressed his gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner, Regional Director, District Health Officer, Information Department, and other officials for their invaluable support and cooperation. He emphasized that providing quality healthcare services at basic and rural facilities is a top priority for the government and relevant institutions.
The launch of 24/7 C-section services at RHC Daur is a significant step toward strengthening maternal healthcare and ensuring timely medical assistance during childbirth. Samoo expressed optimism that this service will enhance healthcare accessibility for women in the area, contributing to improved maternal and child health outcomes.
