She expressed hope that trained teachers and literacy supervisors will further train other educators at the local level in their respective districts.
Speaking at the concluding ceremony, Fareeha Paul stated that MAEF plans to extend SBA training to female teachers in the upcoming phase and expand the program to all districts of the merged areas. She noted with satisfaction that this was the first time a formal training program on SBA had been initiated in the province, adding that all available resources would be utilized for its success.
The Managing Director highlighted the significant efforts of Education Minister Arshad Ayub Khan and Secretary Education Khalid Khan, which led to the commencement of online assessments in schools, expected to yield positive results.
Fareeha Paul emphasized that providing quality education accessible to children, especially those in underserved areas of the merged districts, is MAEF's primary focus. She believed the training would equip teachers to conduct online student assessments effectively.
She stressed the growing importance of technology in education and declared that MAEF would provide IT skills to both teachers and students while gradually implementing online assessment mechanisms. The Foundation aims to align its educational standards with international norms.
Addressing ongoing challenges, Fareeha Paul stated that resolving issues faced by teachers and students remains a top priority. Efforts are underway to offer more support to literacy supervisors, including district-level offices for improved school monitoring. She also mentioned collaborating with the Education Monitoring Authority to strengthen their monitoring system.
Regarding teacher salaries, she reported that MAEF's efforts have largely resolved salary-related issues. Additionally, she assured that pending issues faced by employees of the LFA project would soon be addressed.

Unlike traditional school establishment processes, this model requires fewer resources and can be implemented swiftly.
