Man Killed In Traffic Accident
LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Aug, 2026) A 40-year-old man was killed and another injured when a speeding jeep collided with a loader rickshaw on Ali Town Raiwind Road on Sunday.
According to Rescue 1122 spokesperson, its emergency response team reached the site promptly after receiving information about the accident. The deceased was identified as 40-year-old Aamir, son of Siddique, who was driving the loader rickshaw and died at the scene. Another man, 50-year-old Maqsood, sustained injuries in the accident and was shifted to Jinnah Hospital by Rescue 1122 for treatment.
Rescue officials said the accident occurred after a speeding jeep collided with the loader rickshaw on Raiwind Road.
